Judge Retirement

The Honorable Paul R. Warren retired as of March 14, 2026, and we thank him for his service. The current procedures in Rochester will continue until a new judge assumes office. Any questions should be directed to Barbara Ridall at 716-362-3272.

Bankruptcy Noticing Center Update

As of June 22, 2026, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) will not mail notices to recipient addresses that include the countries on the list shown below; these notices will be bypassed. Bypassed recipients are listed within the bypass section of the Certificate of Notice/Mailing.
